Job Description
Job Duties:
- To assist the team head to develop and deliver training programs
- To deliver designed and scheduled training programs
- To design and revamp the training programs with materials to meet the AXA culture and business goal
- To design and develop digital training materials (E learning, video shooting etc)
- To organise and participate assigned projects to drive business desired results
- To ensure all programs are designed and developed with learning objectives, defined content, selecting instructional modes and media, and sequencing activities
- To prepare the trainers guide to ensure standardized delivery of the course; the contents should illustrate clearly the following: learning points; methodology; linkage; relating the guide to all teaching materials and documents and materials checklist
- To provide support on training administration and logistics including training rooms and equipment maintenance, training materials preparation and inventory control
- To design, develop and deliver in house CPD accreditations programs as well as recommend, review and maintain external CPD programs
- To update the training materials
- To deliver technical and operational programs
- To assist the team head to organize training events to strengthen sales knowledge and skills
- To monitor and track training effectiveness
- To work with team members to foster win win partnership
Job Duties:
- University degree of any discipline
- FLMI, IIQA and insurance qualification preferred
- At least 3 years in agency management, agency training or sales management in life insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and course facilitating skills.
- Work under pressure and self-motivated
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
