Senior Distribution Digital Support Manager

Job Description

This role will work to progress AXA HKs digital agenda and increase internal and external adoption of Emma by AXA and chatbot. This role will focus on:

  • Design and drive the onboarding, training, change management marketing, analysis and communications required to support the adoption of the Emma by AXA digital product across our agency, broker and bancassurance channels and contact center teams.
  • Support the strategic and continuous improvement roadmaps for the Emma by AXA programme.
  • Work closely with other teams in CSDO to increase the overall digital engagement of all users, including end customers, distribution channels and staff.

A critical element of this role is to build strong working relationships with all distribution channels, helping to drive adoption of Emma by AXA. The incumbent needs to have strong relationship management, problem solving and organisational skills with a key ability to prioritize and flex across a varied portfolio of work.

Requirements:

  • Established track record in similar capacity / industry / coverage with demonstrable experience of distribution channel relationship management and stakeholder engagement at senior level
  • Strong creative intuition, able to deliver innovative conceptual thinking, whilst also having an analytical mindset to work out organizational and business implications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of influencing and motivating others to achieve results and exceed targets.
  • Ability to communicate complex topics to different audiences through a range of data, written and verbal methods
  • Experience of preparing, delivering updates, strategies and presentations to all parts of the organization
  • Proven project and programme management experience and ability to deliver results in a fast paced and energetic environment
  • Substantial change management experience across multi-functional, multi-site, multi-product and multi-distribution channel
  • Stakeholder and influencing skills, including communication, negotiation of deadlines and requirements, management of expectation, recommendations, quality of outputs etc.
  • Language: Native in Cantonese and Fluent in English and Mandarin
