• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies for new product launches and promotions to maximize synergy with offline marketing strategies
• Devise an effective communication calendar with quality content and strategic adv & media placements in multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, eDM, website, SEO & SEM optimization
• Responsible for building / maintaining good relationship with media & KOL, and track / evaluate their performance
• Work closely with Design & IT teams to create effective visual contents for various online platforms
• Maintain daily operations for overall online activities including SNS account management and website maintenance
• Lead and manage VIP membership program to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Responsible for liaising with Sales and Purchasing teams for e-commerce sales and promotions
• Regularly review / analyze digital campaign performance and create reports to improve ROIs
• Periodically assist with general, non-digital marketing projects as required

• Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Digital Communications or related discipline
• At least 3-4 years digital marketing experience
• Good knowledge in Facebook, Instagram, SEM, SEO, eDM, website management, digital campaigns and analytics, and the entire digital marketing ecosystem – and how they influence each other
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and building websites with Google Analytics is a plus
• Attentive to details, able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Japanese is a big plus
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Result oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills are required
