This role offers the opportunity to work with a number of cutting edge technologies across a range of web based applications that have been developed in-house. Working in a mid-size team you will be supporting a number of concurrent in-flight projects and interacting with a diverse set of contacts ranging from product managers to production support staff.

You’ll also have the opportunity to liaise with external development partners and third party vendors based in both near-shore and off-shore locations and gain real experience in dealing and working within geographically distributed project teams. Strong communication and technical skills are at the heart of this role. This role is perfect for a Senior Developer who is looking to take their development experience to the next level.

To be successful in this role you’ll have strong technical skills gained whilst working within a software development environment. You’ll be a confident self-starter who can work under the minimum of supervision and have experience and understanding of the processes and procedures needed to support the full software development life cycle. You’ll also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and enjoy working within a team environment. You would also have some exposure in leading a small group of Developers and liaising with Business and IT stakeholders on agreed delivery commitments.

The Technical requirements for this role are experience with ASP.Net 4.0 or above, C#, MVC, WebAPI, Web Forms, JQuery, MS SQL Server 2008 and above, Entity Framework, HTML 5, XML, XSLT, JSON, CSS, WCF, AJAX, OOAD and SOLID Principles.

Experience of working within Agile (Scrum / Kanban), CI/CD, DevOps environment will be a plus.

You’ll be working across multiple projects across a variety of technologies so flexibility and personal organisation are a must.
