Key responsibilities
•Developing system level production concepts with winning technical solutions and positive business cases for customer projects
•Leading concept design to meet cost and lead time targets
•Supporting sales in selling the solution to customer and helping sales to prepare quotations to customer
•Supporting delivery projects by managing project technical solutions to ensure end result is what has been defined in concept design phase
•Competitor and market intelligence in own defined field

Requirements
•Strong experience (10 years) in production solutions in defined field, Understand products concept design, especially in new energy, battery industry
•Experience from battery industrial
•Marketing or sales(pre-sales)
•Pre-sales experience is preferred
•Track record of defining technical concepts and solutions
•Passion to solve customer problems
•Demonstrated capability of technically leading projects
•Suitable technical background (Mechanical design/B.Sc. or equivalent)
•Excellent and proven cooperation, communication, leadership and management skills.
•Capability to present and convince customer of defined concept
•Fluent English both written and spoken.
•Willingness to travel
