Job Description:

• Work closely with the VM team to develop and visualize the creative store floor concepts, and ensure the correct translation of the concept to the VM plan, for both store windows and in-store.
• Develop window, event, props and graphic design proposals according to the brand requirements.
• Follow up the prototype and mass production and installation of all kinds of related design to ensure that they are in line with company standard.
• Execute, control to ensure all the signage and directory design standard within company and its premises .
• Facilitate and involve the interior design management of all company's projects.
• Ensure the vendor agency (including freelancer) service and budget control.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of solid experience as Visual Merchandise Designer in fashion retail industry.
• Experience with thinking in concepts, and combine this with thorough market knowledge and high trend sensitivity.
• Good practical knowledge of the various software programs and other important PC applications, such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Victor Works, 3Dmax, Sketchup, and CAD etc.
• Good knowledge of materials and production.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Good communication skills.

Language skills

• Chinese (Mandarin), Professional working proficiency.

• 擅于概念思维，并能将全面的市场知识和对时尚潮流的高度敏感性相结合；
• 熟练运用各种软件程序，例如Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Victor Works, 3Dmax, Sketch up, CAD等；
• 对产品及材质十分了解；
• 能独立完成工作，具有良好的团队精神；
• 良好的沟通能力。

语言技能

• 普通话和英文听说书写流利。
