Responsibilities:

• Handle Inbound calls from different enquirer hotline to deliver outstanding customer experience
  處理來自不同查詢熱線的來電，以提供出色的客戶體驗
• Handle complaints and enquirers
  處理投訴和查詢
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  確定客戶需求並提供適當的解決方案
• Provide excellent services and professional advice to customers with continuous improvement
  為客戶提供優質的服務和專業的建議，不斷改進
• Collect customer feedback and report to superiors of customers problems encountered
  收集客戶反饋並向客戶上級報告遇到的問題
• Support to teams ensure the operation smoothly
  對團隊的支持確保了運營順利進行
• Being trainer to bring up new comer
  為新人提供培訓

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder with at least 3 years relevant working experience (Banking and Financial Industry are Priority)
  具有至少3年相關工作經驗的學位或文憑持有人（銀行和金融業優先）
• Passed IIQE 1 – 5 is highly preferred
  通過IIQE資格考試 1 – 5 優先
• Good knowledge of insurance (life, medical, fund...)
  熟悉保險（生活，醫療，投資相連保險......）
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  良好的溝通，演講和人際交往能力
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin
  精通英語口語和書面，中文和普通話
• Less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
  較少的經驗將被視為客戶服務主任
