Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Respond to customer feedback/complaint in a timely and professional manner to enhance customers' satisfaction
  • Ensure daily work management is maintained - hotline, voice mail, web chat, email enquiry
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers' needs
  • Support leaders to provide refreshment training to new staff and offer advice to new and existing staff on case handling through regular case sharing
  • Contribute to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
  • Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative work

Job Requirements

  • University graduate
  • At least 3 years' experience in customer service in insurance companies
  • IIQE qualification - Paper 1& 2 preferable
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skill
  • Attentive to details and well organized
  • Able to work independently under pressure and deal with difficult situations in a friendly manner
  • Willing to learn and self-initiated
  • Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
