Job Description
Job purpose:
As a part of Banking Department team, you will report to the Head or the Deputy Head of the department. With a well established global network, strong reputation and huge potential valuable clients, this job opportunity will allow you to gain experience and develop within the fast growing international Bank.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
- Review, update internal policies and procedures with regard to personal loan business.
- Review loan requests and perform risk analysis; evaluate clients’ financial status and creditworthiness; draft loan applications and submit them for approval.
- Draft loan documentation based on the Bank’s templates.
- Monitor existing loan portfolio; maintain updated records of loan files and inventory lists.
- Complete annual reviews of existing loans within the agreed deadlines.
- Support relationship managers in client meetings in relation to personal loan business.
- Liaise with internal departments, external experts and any third parties involved in the client’s loan transaction.
- Keep up to date with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide personal loan risk control training to the relevant employees according to business requirements.
- Organize personal loan inspection to cross-border branches, follow-up the rectification of the relevant findings.
- Performs any other tasks assigned by the Bank/Department.
Qualifications
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economic Management or Business Related Studies.
- Familiar with the local laws and regulations related to consumer rights and interests protection and other credit business related,
- Experienced in dealing with the procedures, with external law firms, notary and real estate valuation companies
· More than 3 years of working experience in personal loan business especially mortgage loan business.
· Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese, French or German would be an advantage.
