Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

We are looking for a Sr. Consulting Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has consulting and solution development background. As a consulting specialist, you will partner with business teams, subject matter experts on analyzing, designing and developing high quality seller facing content for Asia-based Global Sellers. You will play a significant role in the paid service central team to drive the quality of our service offering and consulting expertise.

The qualified candidate will have excellent writing skills, preferably knowledge of cross-border ecommerce domains, and the ability to aggregate and translate technical content & knowledge into consulting solutions that are easy to understand and implement. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have been trained to design and formulate consultative content. Above all, you will have a passion for learning and desire to solve tough business problems with solutions.

Responsibilities:
1. Dive deep into Amazon Global Selling subjects, such as Seller Registration, Seller Central, Product & Tax Compliance, Account Health, Global Category Trends, Product Listing, Merchandising, Global Logistics & Inventory Management, Brand Owner Success or other Amazon programs areas to formulate strong library of knowledge
2. Work with stakeholders to understand seller needs timely and collaborate with program team to effectively develop the content/solution needed and drive effective deployment to business teams.
3. Respond to changes in products/programs/features/policies by revising content/solution at the pace of innovation
4. Facilitate requirements gathering meetings with both central team and business teams to define the appropriate objectives, prioritization and expectation
