• Sales Consultation

  • Meet with prospective clients to build trust and understand families’ needs, and their children abilities and skills.

  • Through consultation, testing and interview, follow up with prospective families after initial meetings to convert them into clients

• Work alongside the BE team (foreign consultants tutors, study advisors) to help clients pre-school offer with :

  • Decide which boarding schools to apply for

  • Prepare their children through academic tuition and skills coaching

  • Pre-register and apply for schools

  • Organize school tests, interviews and school visits abroad

    Provide / coordinate post-school offer service (with foreign consultants, school contact & visa team etc) such as :

  • Deciding on the schools to accept

  • Translate school reports/documents for parents as necessary and giving parental feedback/queries to the school abroad

  • Translate school-joining packs for parents and make sure they understand key details eg payments

  • Assist with visas and other communications with the school abroad

• Ongoing service

  • Maintain regular contact with clients, monitor changes in needs and communicate student progress towards goals

  • Update clients’ information in CRM systems

  • Maintain contact with clients post-offer / post- placement for upselling post-placement services and generating referrals

  • Finish other tasks as assigned by manager
