岗位职责:
负责项目前期与客户的需求沟通,根据客户的情况变化提供专业化的解决方案;
负责对服务项目中重大节点的策略把控、决策,出席服务项目重大节点会议与策略沟通;
整理媒体资源,制定传播计划,通过多渠道(自媒体、传统媒体等)向外界传递;
负责协调与各部门的横向沟通工作,确保客户服务工作稳定顺畅运行。
任职要求:
全日制本科以上学历,新闻学、传播学、公共关系等专业优先,六年相关工作经验,三年以上同类岗位工作经验;
对整合营销、新闻传播、活动等管理均有相关实践经验;
有丰富的互联网媒体资源(科技、快消、奢侈品类等更佳),有策划大型公关活动经验;
优秀的沟通和谈判能力、较强的社交活动能力和危机公关处理能力;
具备良好的团队合作精神和丰富的团队建设经验。
Competency
1. Be responsible for communication with customers in the early stage of the project, and provide professional solutions according to customers' situation
2. Be responsible for the control and decision of the strategy of the major nodes in the service project, attend the meeting of the major node of the service project and communicate with the strategy
3. Organize media resources, develop communication plans, and pass through multiple channels (from media, traditional media, etc.) to the outside world
4. Responsible for coordinating the horizontal communication with all departments to ensure the stable and smooth operation of customer service.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in journalism, communication, public relations, six years of relevant work experience, more than three years of similar working experience
2. Have relevant practical experience in the management of integrated marketing, news communication and activities
3. Rich in Internet media resources (such as technology, fast elimination, luxury category, etc.), have experience in planning large-scale public relations activities
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong social skills and crisis management skills
5. Good team work spirit and rich team building experience.
