As part of BNY Mellon OMNI Digital Services, the Solution Design and Delivery practice works with clients to architect and deliver BNY Mellon technology. The group’s extensive experience helps clients bring to life their technology operations, as well as gain the most value from their ongoing investments in BNY Mellon Asset Servicing and Digital capabilities. Working as an extension of the client’s organization, we bring a hands-on agile program management approach throughout all phases of the financial technology delivery process, including solutions design, functional planning, onboarding, implementation and optimization. The practice experts use their decades of significant domain expertise to reliably guide clients through the technology transformation process and enable them to focus on core business objectives. Solid understanding of how the organization can implement technology to meet a client's needs. Interprets and defines complex business problems in order to design technical solutions. Maintains solid understanding of implementation methodology. Contributes to moderate-sized high quality projects. Communicates risks, issues, and status of resolution to management. Mentors more junior level resources, prioritizes multiple responsibilities and manages tight deadlines. Recognizes barriers and resolves issues with minimal assistance. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Candidate should have good client management and business development skills. Proficient in project management methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Demonstrated track record of contributing successfully to the delivery of small, high quality projects. Proven track records of business analysis & subject matter expertise, client relationship management, project leadership and mentoring responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience. Securities, financial products and/or the finance industry experience preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
