Senior Concierge

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and helpful customer services
• Handle enquiries, requests and complaints from tenants and guests to maintain close relationship
• Support and promote mall’s events, such as helping guests to register and redeem gifts
• Handle general paperwork, such as Excel and Word

Requirements:

• Secondary education (HKCEE/ HKDSE) or above
• Experience in Property Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines would be preferred
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in customer services
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, polite and active
• Good Command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing

Remark:

• The position must be in shifts and wear uniform

• 6-day work, 9 hours per day and 1 hour lunch break
