Senior Commercial/ Retail Manager - Local Retail company

Our client is a local retail company, they are looking for Senior Commercial / Retail Manager for Hong Kong region

Key responsibilities:

• Focus on in-store customer journey design and planning
• Manage the retail roadmap across the region and align the retail standard
• Manage retail project
• Manage tender and procuement and work closely with leasing team on execution
• Work closely with different department head to develop business plans to meet the KPIs

Requirements:

• Degree with at least 8 years of experience in retail operations
• Retail experience with strong in sales & business planning
• Detailed, self-motivated, strong commercial sense
• Good spoken and written English and Cantonese/Chinese
