Senior Clerk (Card Operations/Card Authorization) (Job ID: 2785)

Responsibilities

• To handle authorization requests and merchant telephone enquiries.
• To handle authorization related activities.
• To perform ad hoc account maintenance.
• To perform other clerical duties.

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
• Independent, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency is an advantage.
• Shift duty is required.
