Job Description

Channel & Transaction Management Department


Responsibilities

  • To collect and analyse feedbacks and opinions on existing systems, channel & platform, products, services and business processes to explore opportunities for further enhancement and streamlining
  • To identify opportunities for improvement in channel efficiency, customer service and control
  • To perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the initiatives and make recommendation to management
  • To explore and evaluate new ideas and features to drive the experience and usage of corporate channel and propose service enhancement in line with market best practices
  • To manage / monitor the execution progress of new initiatives and enhancements
  • To review system change request documents for new initiatives and enhancements
  • To timely update the progress of initiatives and report to supervisor if any irregularities
  • To conduct post-implementation review and control plans
  • To ensure standardized practice in disclosing channel information, features, risks, fees and charges to customers throughout and after channel development initiatives
  • To ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank


Requirements

  • University graduate in e-Commerce, Banking or Finance
  • Good understanding in banking products and services
  • At least 4 years’ supervisory experience
  • Sound knowledge in digital corporate banking processes, operations, procedures, rules and compliance requirements
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
