Job Description
Channel & Transaction Management Department
Responsibilities
- To collect and analyse feedbacks and opinions on existing systems, channel & platform, products, services and business processes to explore opportunities for further enhancement and streamlining
- To identify opportunities for improvement in channel efficiency, customer service and control
- To perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the initiatives and make recommendation to management
- To explore and evaluate new ideas and features to drive the experience and usage of corporate channel and propose service enhancement in line with market best practices
- To manage / monitor the execution progress of new initiatives and enhancements
- To review system change request documents for new initiatives and enhancements
- To timely update the progress of initiatives and report to supervisor if any irregularities
- To conduct post-implementation review and control plans
- To ensure standardized practice in disclosing channel information, features, risks, fees and charges to customers throughout and after channel development initiatives
- To ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
Requirements
- University graduate in e-Commerce, Banking or Finance
- Good understanding in banking products and services
- At least 4 years’ supervisory experience
- Sound knowledge in digital corporate banking processes, operations, procedures, rules and compliance requirements
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
