A world's well reputable lifestyle fashion brand is looking for a Senior Business Manager to drive new business development opportunity for its Hong Kong and Taiwan markets across various on- and off-line retail platforms.

• With regular traveling across Greater China, the successful caliber will be based in Hong Kong and is expected to,
• Partner closely with cross teams develop feasibility studies for the new business opportunities. Identify, evaluate and negotiate business opportunities or strategic alliance that are in line with long-term goals. Evaluate and develop new market initiatives.
• Define the project objectives/targets; manage strategic planning processes to ensure the development of strategic initiatives, action plans and measurements.
• Leverage the existing planning and operations process for new business opportunities. Foster strategic relations with external and internal stakeholders across different functions and locations within Greater China region to ensure alignment.
• Proactively support organizational campaigns, policies and procedures aiming to drive continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of consumer needs, trends, new business models and market landscapes. Support direct manager in ad hoc assignments or projects with quality deliverables.

Successful candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably business related discipline
• 8-12 years retail sales and planning experience within the lifestyle or sports fashion industry in Hong Kong, China and/or Taiwan, of which at least 3 years of management experience
• With a proven track record in multi-channel development and multi-store retail operations experience within large retail business is required
• Strong project leadership, analytical and presentation skills; strategic thinker who is proactive and results-oriented
• Ability to analyze and interpret a great amount of data including financial figures to make decisions and recommend business opportunities
• Strong sense of urgency and good at dealing with ambiguity
• Fluency in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
