Senior Business Manager / Business Manager (Job ID: 2613)

Responsibilities

• To assist the bank’s overseas, Taiwan and Macau branches to promote their products and services to customers in Hong Kong and Mainland China;
• To co-ordinate business related issues with Hong Kong-based and China-based customers on behalf of overseas, Taiwan and Macau branches;
• To promote and solicit business (including loans, deposits and other services) for overseas, Taiwan and Macau branches;
• To negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities with potential customers on behalf of overseas, Taiwan and Macau branches;
• To perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirements

• University graduate preferably major in business, finance and other related disciplines
• Certified Bankers or its equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
• Preferable over 5 years’ experience in the banking sector
• Customer focus with proven experience in serving corporate customers
• Sound knowledge in banking products and operations
• Good understanding of relevant banking policies, procedures and practices
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• A team player with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
