Job Description :

• Perform leasing related works including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, legal document, budget planning and rental forecast
• Negotiate favorable terms with developers and individual landlords on terms favorable to the Company
• Periodically meet with different landlords / develops to seek more channels for shop development
• Conduct market research and execution of development for expansion strategy with different shop in Hong Kong and China
• Negotiate and establish good relationships with landlords and property agents
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by superior 

Requirements :

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years working experience and at least 2 years with supervisory capacity in sizeable
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills with landlord and handle all daily inquiries
• Experience in processing leasing agreements, legal documents and workflow of lease documents
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Occasional travels to PRC is required
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Business Development Executive
