岗位职责:

• To manage the overall progress of the projects, work with business/stake holders/IT counterparts to drive the project as planned;
• To provide analysis, definition and communication of business and system requirements, perform testing on the system deliverables to ensure the acceptance level for users, and provide business analysis support in HBSC Securities Services Accounting and Valuation (HSS A&V) systems for new and existing clients;
• To work out optimized solution for enhancement relating to core business applications to adapt the new requirement from business;
• To take the lead to provide change transition support to business and client users of those systems during project guarantee period;
• To provide consultancy to local HSS operation teams on system enhancement to streamline their efficiency and improve quality.

任职资格:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, financial, accounting or related discipline
• Fluent Chinese and English
• 3+ years experiences in fund or accounting industry with demonstrated interest in application changes and support
• Excellent problem solving skills, ability to find logical solutions to problems and customer focus
• Strong project management skill and Experience in IT project management role would be a plus
• Working experience in projects with multiple partners/stakeholders in a consultancy firm would be a plus
• Evidence of excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skill and negotiation skill to deal with customers/project stakeholders
• Eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement. Analytical to enhance system and procedures
• Able to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment
