We’re looking for a passionate and experienced senior designer to join our in-house design team in the Jing An Kerry Centre after CNY. You are self-motivated and push yourself further creatively. You will own the signature campaign and community events promotional design. Your goal will be to enrich our visual identity and contribute to building strong brands for the Jing An Kerry Centre and Kerry On.

Responsibilities :

• Craft strong on-brand campaign
• Following and enriching the brand guidelines to ensure quality and consistency across all touch points
• Reviewing design with stakeholders, gather feedbacks and incorporate changes recommended
• Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Prepare prepress production files for print
• Following-up on implementation on-sites with suppliers if needed
• Supervise and mentor junior designers to flourish creatively

Requirements :

• Have a strong understanding of graphic design, layouts, colour combinations, visual compositions as well as font/type treatments both in Chinese and English
• Understand how to protect and develop our brand visual assets
• Able to think critically and have exceptional attention to detail
• Be a highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner
• Able to work in a startup environment
• Able to work on several projects at a time with people from different areas of the business
• Have good presentation and communication skills
• Flexibility, Customer Focus, Open to Feedback, Good business objectives understanding

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 4+ years of experience (or equivalence in freelance) in Graphic Design, illustrations, branding, advertising (experience in design agency is preferred)
• Good knowledge of Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop (Lightroom, After Effect and other Adobe softwares are a plus)
• English & mandarin proficiency preferred
