主要职责：（基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

？ 为客户编制财务及合规审查的工作底稿

Preparation of accounting and related compliance works for our international clients

？ 编制及复核周期性的管理层报告及合并报表

Prepare and review periodic management reports and consolidation packages

？ 复核及分析报告差异，从管理会计的角度解释分析结果并报告给客户

Review and analyze variances and interpret results from a management accounting perspective and report to client

？ 为客户解决审计及税务申报相关的合规性问题

Handle compliance matters including audit and tax filings on behalf of clients

？ 与其他业务部门合作编制及复核预算及预测报告

Prepare and review quality and timely budget and forecast reports together with different business units

？ 为管理层提供参考用评论分析及特别绩效分析报告

Provide commentary analysis and ad hoc performance reports for reference by management

？ 编制及复核操作规程及手册，以确保开展的活动符合法律、税务、会计准则以及公司章程的规定

？ Prepare and review operation procedures and manual to ensure that activities undertaken are in compliance with legal, tax, accounting as well as corporate standards

技能Skills

？ 熟悉中国会计和税务操作流程及要求

Familiar with PRC accounting/taxation system and requirements

？ 精通中国及国际会计和审计准则

Proven technical expertise and a thorough understanding of the PRC and international accounting and auditing standards

？ 熟悉审计和合规项目的操作流程

Familiar with audit and compliance review procedure

？ 具备优秀的分析、沟通以及人际关系能力，能够独立与财务总监级别的客户沟通

Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as to be able to communicate independently with CFO level client

？ 熟悉微软办公软件，熟悉各种不同会计软件操作者优先

Computer literate well versed in MS Office. Knowledge of different accounting software an added advantage

？ 能够独立完成具有时限要求的工作

Able to work independently to achieve tight reporting deadlines

？ 熟练的英文口头和书面表达

Fluent in spoken and written English

教育背景 Educational Background

？ 会计专业本科及以上学位，合资格的会计师

University graduate in accounting and qualified accountant

经验 Experience

？ 3年或以上财务/审计相关经验

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (accounting/audit)

？ 有四大会计师事务所经验者优先考虑

Prior working experience in big four is a plus
