Job Description & Summary

As part of our team, you’ll provides strategic and day to day support for PwC’s on boarding programmes and objectives. You’ll help transform our on boarding through experience design, documentation processes, and digitisation and automation.

Responsibilities

The Onboarding Specialist provides tactical support for the firm’s onboarding programme and will:

  • Liaise with relevant HR stakeholders related to onboarding tasks to drive and manage the onboarding process;
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to gain an understanding of Firm and/or LoS business requirements and learning objectives to support the onboarding programs;
  • Establish the required process improvement and change management protocols;
  • Serve as a focal point of contact for onboarding inquiries and the escalate issues as needed to HR stakeholders to maximise response time, execution quality, and the new joiner experience;
  • Contribute, where appropriate, to the identification of program effectiveness and efficiency and related measurement metrics; execute against effectiveness measurement metrics;
  • Design, deliver and manage orientation programme to ensure the new joiners are receiving a good onboarding experience. Communicate and driving onboarding strategy and ongoing change management;
  • Manage the new joiner portals, websites, and other platforms in content as well as responses to new joiner inquiries;
  • Proactively identify and recommend best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Represent CNHK at Global level and actively participate in on-boarding;
  • Play a regional role to ensure the firmwide onboarding programme can be implemented in small offices smoothly;
  • Responsible for handling cost report and budget planning;
  • Responsible for new joiner survey data analysis and present the key messages to the Leadership team;
  • Bachelor degree or 3-5 years experience in Human Resources or related field;
  • Broad understanding of the campus and experienced recruiting lifecycle and the ability to work with leaders to leverage knowledge into actionable tasks;
  • Some knowledge and specific technical expertise in sourcing and recruiting process, sourcing and recruiting systems, a high level of customer focus as it relates to building a distinctive experience, tactical capabilities that leverage and maximise a shared services team workflow, and issue management;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered.
