You will be an integral member of a cross functional Agile Product Team that will implement and own a ground breaking Anaplan system, assisting with the build of ETL and Data Analytic solutions.   • Contribute to the design and development for optimal ETL pattern to support key business solutions
  • Collaborate with Application Architects and Business SMEs to design and develop end-to-end data pipelines and supporting infrastructure
  • Automate and optimize data pipeline and framework for easier and efficient development process
  • Contribute towards build of framework for data analytics and AI/ML processing
  • Proactively identify & implement opportunities to automate tasks and develop reusable frameworks
  • Develop automated controls to ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements as they relate to data assets

Master's degree

OR

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Information Science experience

OR

Associate's degree and 6 years of Information Science experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Science experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensures Global Security systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, standards, procedures and specifications.
  • Analyzes, evaluates the adequacy of security syst and processes to ensure the security of company assets.
  • Supports and/or leads effort to identify and implement improvement opportunities in application processes, technologies and metrics.
  • Contributes to the development and revision of system solution standards, technical specifications and procedures for applications across the enterprise.
  • Programs and maintains security system applications and databases associated with access control, security surveillance, visitor registration, incident reporting, badge issuance, personnel contact information, etc.
  • Oversees the site’s badge/access card administration program (i.e. procurement, programming, issuance, and disposition) in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Coordinates the issuance, control, retrieval and disposition of the site’s master key system; and ensures that the master key system integrity is maintained.
  • Establish and implement software and maintenance agreements.
  • Responds and coordinates the response to security issues and problems. Implements solutions and escalates issues and problems as required.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of asset life cycle and management plans.
  • Maintains alarm management and reporting program.
  • Compiles, prepares and analyzes security system statistical reports and make recommendations.
  • Coordinates service delivery activities with security suppliers as directed.
  • Acts as primary contact and vendor relationship liaison with company security equipment and integrators.
  • Creates effective awareness, communications and training programs pertaining to the effective operation of security technology and applications.
  • Manages project managers and integrators efforts to install, program and commission new system.
  • Develops data integrity processes and configuration standards for enterprise systems and applications.
  • Identifies technologies to increase efficiencies and reporting capabilities to the Global Security team.
  • Liaise with IT regarding system software upgrades and patch schedules for server-based applications
  • Develops retention cycle programs for data/information and technology devices.
  • Partners with IT to ensure the compatibility and configurations of applications so that they are delivered effectively without interruptions or delay.
