Job Description & Summary

岗位工作内容：

1. 结合业务日常看数及分析需求，设计并优化数据报表
Design and optimize the report according to the business daily analysis requirements

2. 基于业务需求和数据价值，设计并落地数据服务，推动数据化运营，为管理层提供决策支持
Design and implement data service, promote data operation, and provide decision support for management based on business and data

3. 监控运营数据，发现异常，为业务部门提供预警，为开发团队提供数据相关意见
Monitor operation data, find issues, provide warning to business department, provide related advice to development team

4. 为新人提供业务及技能指导
Provide business and technical guidance to new mates

5. 其他主管分配的工作
Other tasks assigned by supervisor。

内部岗位任职要求：

1. 对数据敏感，熟练掌握数据分析框架及思维,具备较强快速学习能力，一定的抗压能力及沟通能力
Sensitive to data, experienced in data analysis framework and thinking, learn quickly, ability to with pressure and skill in communication

2. 具备探索精神，从数据中发现问题及机会以支持运营策略
Ability to explore, identify issues and find opportunities in data analyse to support operational strategy

3. 精通Excel，熟练使用基本函数及统计相关函数，熟练掌握Excel图表，具备一定排版及图表美化能力，熟练使用VBA优先
Proficient in Excel, proficient in the use of basic functions and related statistical functions, proficient in Excel charts and visualized expression, with a certain typesetting and chart beautification ability, skilled use of VBA is preferred

4. 熟练使用Power BI/R/Altery+Tableau或Python或其他BI工具完成数据清洗、建模、可视化
Proficient in using Power BI/R/Altery+Tableau/Python or other BI tools to complete data cleaning, model and visualization

5. 熟练使用SQL进行多表关联查询，嵌套查询，熟悉数据库环境优先
Skilled use of SQL for multi-table query, nested query, familiar with the database environment is preferred
