• 对设计和画面执行独到的呈现能力，脑洞要大，能带领设计师突破常规地创作，并能把控设计师的出品质感；

• 参与重大项目前期策划、创意概念发想，并能提出独特见解，把控项目创作节奏，引领项目发展；

• 能积极主动承担重要或突发项目，并确保顺利解决问题。维护部门整体出品标准的荣誉；

• 对下属进行专业指导、培训及强化市场策略观念。
