Responsibilities:

• Interpret design brief and communicate with client, to catch the key point of project.
• Propose design and lead team to develop it.
• Supervise junior architects on design development.
• Independent presentation to client, government or expert panel.
• Continuous attention to new ideas, new materials and sustainable design, with appropriate application.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture discipline. Overseas degree holder preferred.
• At least 10 years working experience. Specific knowledge of project type ( i.e. retail, office, hospitality).
• Outstanding design ability
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and co-operation within disciplines and offices.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, 3dMax preferred. Or excellent freehand drawing ability.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin
• Portfolio required.

• 熟练掌握AutoCAD, Sketchup等软件，最好有运用Revit, Rhino, 3dMax的能力。或者手绘能力出众。
• 良好的中英文会话和书写能力。
• 需附上作品集。
