Job Duties:

• To design, build and support digital projects including mobile app, website, eCommerce, API as well as cloud platform according to project requirements.
• Work with delivery managers and technical leads for solution delivery, system integration and document end-to-end designs.
• Understand business requirements for effort estimation and technical solution design.
• Provide technical design, development include performance tuning application, troubleshooting production issues, defect fixing and implementing best practices.
• Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines and other technical activities for cloud adoption.
• Provide guidance to junior developers and prepare documentation to release management team to ensure they follow instructions on UAT and production deployment.
• Ensure application solution meet AXA's policies, standards and quality requirements.
• Complete assignments on time and meet standard requirements to meet business objectives and ensure project success.
• Keep abreast of latest software development approaches / technologies.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 3 - 4 years of working experience in application development and solution delivery.
• Experience in enterprise mobile and web application development, external facing solutions and partner integration (chatbot, wechat, FPS, etc)
• In depth and solid hands-on experience in React JS, Redux, Javascript, HTML/CSS and RESTful API.
• Strong knowledge in wide range of technical landscape and latest technologies i.e. OAuth, Azure, DevOps CICD, Mulesoft API and data lake etc.
• Strong experience in playing as the role of senior developer, contributing to technical design, providing guidance to junior developers and ensuring code quality.
• Exposure to an Agile Scrum development environment.
• Experience in managing external vendors to deliver applications that meet company defined quality standards.
• Good communications skills in English and Cantonese.
