The basic role of this position is to provide dealers with effective projects and qualified consulting support to improve customer satisfaction and aftersales business performance.

Consulting project development and coaching for the competence development of consultants is included as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dealers with effective projects and qualified consulting support to improve customer satisfaction and aftersales business performance.
• Responsible for consulting project development (i.e. project set up/package development/pilot/consultant qualification, etc.) with high quality.
• Responsible for local coaching consultants to develop the competence based on project need.
• Providing hands-on support to and at dealer's aftersales department: onsite deep dive analysis with solution coaching and training for dealer or group management team.
• Manage to provide effective and required support to dealer network with high quality (i.e. follow consulting guideline/process, work/visit planning, project progress, project achievement) as consultant and/or project owner.
• Analyzing and supporting existing processes while continuously optimize the implementation quality & toolbox content of existing projects based on performance and market need.
• Responsible for target achievement of own project and projects which implement.
• Responsible for AM enabling training of dedicated program.
• Responsible for budget planning/Spending/Forecast are met within budget allocation & timeline as budget owner.
• Make effective & efficient communication with internal & external partners.
• Organize meeting/topic workshop for people/business/projects development.
• Responsible for the implementation of BMW AG & BMW China Aftersales projects (i.e. HPMA,ISPA Next, projects of other sub-team, etc.) and other task from management.

Qualifications？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？

• Bachelor and/or above degree with major in Engineering, Business Administration preferred.
• A 7-10 years working experience automotive industry, wholesales and/or retail level preferred.
• Knowledge of Automotive retail industry.
• Consulting and/or project development skills.
• Customer and result oriented.
• Project/Vendor management skills and Relative business knowledge.
• Managerial skills and Financial/ budgetary skills preferred.
• Good experience in IT-Knowledge (e.g. MS Office, outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Good English language skills - spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills to develop positive working relationship.
• Good team work spirit.
