Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile and control manpower planning and annual HR budget
- Manage and support the overall HR duties, including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development
- Analysis and evaluate existing training programmes to ensure the effectiveness and identify improvement needs
- Lead the administrative support in company events, renovation project and other ad hoc project as assigned independently
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably with Human resources specialization
- Minimum 5 years of management experiences, ideally with exposure in the banking industry but at least with exposure to a business with mature human resources processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills , plus exceptionally strong report writing ability to senior management
- Proficient language skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Excellent communications, planning, analytical
- Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
- Effective execution skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
