Job Description

We are now looking for personnel to join us for undertaking this multi-billion HK dollar transformation project leading the MPF ecosystem to a new era. If you are passionate to creating an impact to benefit the working population of Hong Kong and are keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment, we invite you to join the eMPF Platform Company. Successful candidates will be employed by the MPFA to work in the eMPF Platform Provisional Office (PO). Upon incorporation of the eMPF Platform Company, the employment will be transferred from the MPFA to the eMPF Platform Company.

 

Major Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee the general administration team to provide full spectrum of office administration functions such as office leasing, renovation and relocation, repairs and maintenance, property insurance, facilities management, security and access control, staff events arrangement, etc.;
  • Devise and execute short-term and long-term office accommodation strategy and plan;
  • Formulate and monitor the execution of policies and procedures on general administration matters, such as office equipment and facilities usage, procurement of general office supplies and equipment, office safety and security, document control and storage, etc.;
  • Propose and implement outsourcing plan on administration services and monitor vendors and contractors; and
  • Prepare annual budget and monitor expenditures on administration and office expenses.

 

Requirements

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, preferably in facilities management or related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 10 years of corporate administration experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position, preferably gained in sizable or public organisations;
  • Proven track record of managing internal customer demands and external vendor performance;
  • Experience in office relocation project is highly desirable;
  • Good planning and organisation skills, ability to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to be hands-on and able to work independently and under pressure;
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Well-versed with MS Office and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Keen and willing to work in a start-up style environment with all the flexibility that requires and level of change involved.

 

Remuneration package and title of the position will be commensurate with the experience and qualification of the selected candidate.
