• Compile and verify data from clients, prepare data for various levels of actuarial analysis
• Perform actuarial analysis, mainly focusing on pricing and structure optimization, using MS Excel-based and in-house modeling tools
• Assist on development and enhancement of various MS Excel-based tools to help clients or enhance internal working efficiency
• Communicate with clients and client managers to understand clients' needs and provide professional advice
• Mentor and work allocation to junior analysts
• Lead on preparation of analytics report and other documents as required and conduct independent presentation to clients during meeting and seminars
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge on statistics and actuarial science

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in reinsurance actuarial analysis
• BA/BSc or higher qualification in Statistics and/or Actuarial Science
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in the following is an advantage:
• Programming in VBA, SQL
• DFA software
• Reinsurance knowledge
• Reserving
• Ability to communicate with people verbally and visually
• Ability to work as a part of a team and be flexible in working hour to meet deadlines
• Ability to learn fast and work independently
