Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of local solvency reports and forecasts for assessing the free cash flow and solvency positions of the business
• Support capital initiatives such as ALM and reinsurance solution to promote efficient capital usage and free cash flow generation under local capital framework
• Support the implementation of HKRBC and capital management project such as quantitative impact studies and optimization of operational process to produce RBC results
• Conduct detailed analyses for accurate results, such as analysis of profits, reserve and solvency movement
• Enhance the valuation control, governance and documentation for local statutory reporting and HKRBC
• Maintain a clearly documented audit trail of data, assumptions, methods, modelling, process and financial results

Qualification Requirements

• University graduate in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics and nearly qualified actuary
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field, preferably in financial reporting area. Candidate with less experience will be considered as actuarial analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail minded, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English
