About the job

SSC GL is a working partner of IKEA business units, aiming to provide efficient, professional and quality based accounting services, covering store sales accounting booking, bank booking and reconciliation, payroll accounting, fixed assets, intercompany re-invoice, and intercompany reconciliation, to the customers of SSC SH in order to support IKEA business operation and growth.

About theassignment

.Have an overall view of GL processes and be the process owner of responsible processes store sales, bank, fixed assets, payroll accounting, inter-company reconciliation,etc.

.Keep working routines of responsible processes updated on yearly basis

.On-going optimize current working processes and working methods

.Ensure the completeness, accuracy and the timeliness of responsible processes task accomplishment

.Lead or actively participate in business projects

.Monitor and review other team members’work

.Responsible as a contact window to business partners

.Other AD-HOCtasks

We are looking for the person who have:

.Good accounting/tax knowledge, big 4 working experience

.Fluent oral and written English

.Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel,VBA

.Good communication and coordinating skills

.Good problem solving and knowledge sharing skills

.Good time management skills

.Good analytical skills

.Quick learner

.SAP knowledge a plus
