Telemax Environmental & Energy Management Ltd. (TEEM) is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy and require the following calibre individuals to join our dedicated professional team.

Jobs Responsibility :

• Responsible for full set of accounting include branch companies;
• Prepare daily account entries including general ledger and business transaction document;
• Assist to practice internal control, annual budget & forecasts preparation, tax plan, cash management, etc.
• Prepare the monthly accounting related schedules, reports and analysis
• Prepare year-end closing including bank reconciliation, audit schedules and liaise with external auditor on annual audit
• Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedure;
• Recommend, develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems;
• Handle correspondence for Directors if necessary.

The requirement :

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy or Finance, studying towards accounting qualifications will be an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in consultancy and engineering will be an advantage;
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Excellent computer literacy, MS office and excel skills;
• Mature, detailed minded, fast learner, well-organised with strong sense of responsibility;
• Flexible, able to work independently under pressure and able to handle multi-tasks.
