Responsibilities:

Responsible for on site visit during biding process and provide the security solutions based on the on site visit information and the customer demand , not only the security manpower and the cost but also the smart service for each potential client;

Performs risk assessments to identify the security risk and operation status for the CNIFM account according to the operation requirement;

Support senior QHHSE project manager on formulate the security operation policies and procedures;

Support the CNIFM managers on site security operation issues;

Provide security related training for junior CNIFM managers/supervisors;

New site go live transition support,e.g. set up new site security team and communicate with client on security relate work;

Any other duties assigned by line manager.

Key Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate should possess:

Customer-oriented with experience in security service,security systems e.g. access control system, face recognition system or other smart/digital security service

Have skills on crisis management and security risk assessment ;

Have good English and Mandarin reading and writing skill,

Self-motivated, hard-working and good health;

Flexible to travel often in Mainland China;

Strong PC and information technology skills; with working knowledge of computer skills in Windows and Microsoft Office;

Strong skills in vendors management

Junior college diploma or above;

At least 6 years' total combined experience in security management.
