Responsibilities:

Primary:

• Securityand Privacy Manager must be a champion and ambassador of securityactivities and philosophies.
• On-time-delivery. Meeting milestonedeadlines to meet Program performance. Monthly reporting on key metrics.
• SecurityAwareness. Being aware of the security posture and gaps at TeleperformanceLocations and within the organization.

Secondary:

1. Participates in thedevelopment, documentation, communication, testing and periodic review andrevision of business continuity and disaster recovery plan；
2. Develop, maintain and implement TP securitypolicy for Teleperformance；
3. Develop and follow and audit plan forassessing security risks for Teleperformance unit4. Perform security audits, monitor compliance,perform risk and vulnerability assessments of Teleperformance networkinfrastructure；
5. Present audit findings to TeleperformanceManagement；
6. Monitors and assures that policies andprocedures related to accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and security arefollowed by project team members and each program personnel in theimplementation and maintenance of information systems；
7. Develop and maintain system agreements withappropriate staff to ensure confidentiality and security；
8. When security breaches occur involvingsystems within Teleperformance, assist physical and technical staff inunderstanding the source of the breach, in assessing and containing damage andin devising measures that will help protect against such events in the future；
9. Maintain security documentation as requiredfor outside audit agencies and customers.10. Develop and maintain the IT security programfor Teleperformance based on the understanding of current and futuretechnologies and current status of IS security；
11. Develop a security architecture forTeleperformance, including hardware and software components.

Requirements:
1. B.S. in computer science, information security,or related field;

2. Strong IT Technical Knowledge;

3. Basic Knowledge of Information security systemfor Call Center preferred;

4. Excellent business English skill in writing andspeaking is required;

5. CISSP certification is preferred;All below training orcertifications must be within last 3 years to ensure updated knowledge;

6. Candidate should have good experience orhave obtained training and/or certificates in physical security measures, andincident or investigation management;

7. Education may be substituted by ten years ofexperience of which five years are specific to IT support, developing,implementing or monitoring information security systems, three years managementexperience is required;

8. Strong communication skill;

9. Good Time management skill;

10. Pass a background report of criminal conviction/pending charges for the lastseven (7) years;

11. Pass ALL Prior-employment verification(s).
