Responsibilities

• To plan and execute customer experience of the bank’s digital communication channels, including website, mobile app, other digital channels and internal system
• To perform continuous optimization of internal and external communication channels and system
• To establish the bank’s customer experience framework
• To lead in studies and research for market intelligence and customer insights to improve customer experience
• To deliver change initiatives by leveraging relevant tools to measure performances over time
• To monitor global and local market trends and movements

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science, Multimedia Design or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Customer Experience of which 5 years in managerial level from recognized establishments in financial services and/ or FinTech related industries
• Sound knowledge of the global and local market in user psychographics, market nuances and trend
• Professional experience with market research, optimization, project management
• Experience with User Research techniques and usability testing
• A strong portfolio of previous UX/UI design project
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven people management experience
