Responsibilities
- To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department
- To proactively provide strategic advice on and work closely with stakeholders on staff recruitment, learning, talent management (including succession planning), training / coaching, career development & employee engagement
- To plan, review and allocate manpower resources across branch network and deploy optimal mix of resources of people, technologies and tools to deliver superb customer experience
- To review headcounts against HR budget, oversee maintenance of staff records and accreditation status, and coordinate performance / competency assessment
- To drive and plan service quality and customer experience strategies and implement related projects / initiatives for the branch network to cultivate, promote and enhance the Bank’s service-oriented culture and customer interface
- To oversee the areas of complaint handling related to services provided by branches, including root cause analysis and improvement plans
- To keep abreast of the latest developments, statutory requirements, internal guidelines and market practices in HR management and customer experience, so as to make recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or related discipline, preferably with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in banking / financial services industry (at least 8 years of managerial position)
- Good understanding regulatory requirements and banks’ service standards
- Solid experience in staff planning & resourcing, training & development, service quality assurance & customer experience management in banking / financial services industry
- Sound knowledge of the bank’s product and services and branch operations
- Excellent analytical, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and highly independent
