Section Head & Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Projects (Job ID: 2606)

Responsibilities

• To lead in planning and executing business strategies for the bank’s digital and innovation banking services
• To design, track and continuous update the bank’s digital roadmap
• To lead and coordinate the implementation of the latest digital banking solutions and initiatives for the bank
• To lead and manage projects to enhance the digital banking channels to increase the bank’s competitiveness
• To collaborate with various departments or external business partners to drive digital project development, implementation and business result delivery
• To monitor and control project status to ensure project development aligned with business strategy
• To ensure the projects comply with regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Requirements

• University graduate in Information Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in large scale of Digital Transformation & Digital Project Development of which 5 years in managerial level from recognized establishments in financial services and/ or FinTech related industries
• Solid experience in driving implementation of innovation or new product or business initiatives
• Understanding on latest market and technology trend
• Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and project development lifecycles
• Experience in Agile Project Management and appreciation of UX development
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven people management experience
