Assembly:

1. Recruit, train, develop and retain engineering talent, to have stable and capable people to sustain operation and continuously improve area performance.

2. Develop process and equipment roadmap to support new technology and drive for execution

3. Oversee new process/equipment set-up and ensure all performance targets are met

4. Provide engineering direction, align, communicate and motivate his people to meet all the committed measuring criteria.

5. Initiate and take the lead in investigations in production problems and opportunities to improve yield, throughput and quality.

6. Develop continuous learning program and system to ensure team’s competency, motivation and development. 7. Manage the budget, resources and cost of the responsible area to ensure cost effectiveness in all its operations. 8. Lead and guide staff to achieve engineering / technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness

9. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
