1. Provide secretarial, administrative and business support such as expense claims, hotel and flight bookings, calendar management, meeting arrangements, internal activities, department co-ordination, conference registration etc.
2. Provide administrative and back-up support in the filing, preparation of task lists, etc documentation work as required.
3. Receive and interact with incoming visitors, Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
4. Prepare, translate and proof-read all documents including sales related functions and other related documents, announcements, emails, reports, etc.
5. Responsible for organizing the marketing events.
6. Any other assignments given by China Manager.
Requirements:
1.Mature with pleasant personality
2.Good command of both written & spoken English
3.2 years related working experience would be preferred
4.Strong in communication and co-ordination skills
5.capable of working independently
