A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial support services to a partner, senior managers and/or managers, including organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes, handling reimbursement matters, making travel arrangements, and etc;
Deal with emergency issues independently;
Under the direction of the leaders, cooperate with each department's operation;
Make conference/meeting arrangements for clients and guests (both internal and external);
Supervise the driver support services, including coordination of vehicle issues;
- Other related tasks.
Requirements:
At least college graduate education;
Minimum one year’s experience in secretary or assistant positions in multinational companies;
Proficient in oral and written English;
Good inter-personal and communication skills;
Good common sense;
Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent;
Self-motivated, well-organized, and good problem solving skills;
Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
