Responsibilities
- To provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Executive, including making travel arrangements and managing daily schedule
- To assist in event planning, coordination of guest meeting and social functions
- To attend to various personal matters of the Senior Executive that requires assistance
- To undertake any other duties as directed by the Senior Executive
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum of 4 years’ secretarial/personal assistant experience with sizeable companies
- Attentive to details and able to work under pressure and independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must
- Well versed in Microsoft Office
