Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support
- Coordinate meetings and prepare business correspondence
- Handle travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Form 7, DSE or above.
- At least 2 years working experience at similar nature of works.
- Positive “can-do” attitude.
- Eager to learn and take up responsibility.
- Can work under pressure and tight deadline schedule.
- Honest and loyal to company.
- Can communicate with spoken English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
