Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support 
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare business correspondence
  • Handle travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Form 7, DSE or above.
  • At least 2 years working experience at similar nature of works.
  • Positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Eager to learn and take up responsibility.
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadline schedule.
  • Honest and loyal to company.
  • Can communicate with spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is preferable.
