职位描述

1) Establish the state-of-the art mammalian display technology tools in supporting therapeutic antibody discovery and development

2) Execute multiple strategies for antibody discovery utilizing various panning technologies

3) Develop appropriate in-vitro screening assays for hits identification

4) Carry out high-throughput antibody sequence isolation, analysis, and classification enabling downstream antibody screening and selection

5) Characterize candidate antibodies by analytical techniques such as ELISA, FASC and Octet

6) Collaborate with other members of the antibody discovery group for protein production and characterization needs to deliver a panel of lead hits for projects

7) Be capable of multi-task processing and work on various projects in parallel, and responsible for trouble shooting and delivery task in timely manner

8) Interpret and summarize experimental data, present results at project meeting

9) Maintain appropriate experimental records and documentation

任职条件

1) Hands-on experience in generation of antibodies through mammalian, yeast, phage or other display technology is a must

2) Demonstrated experience in antibody characterization or engineering is desired, as well as strong skills in protein expression and molecular biology

3) Strong knowledge and hand-on experience in binding/blocking characterization using different assays

4) Previous experience in construction of antibody libraries such as naïve, synthetic or immunized library is preferred

5) High accountability, collaborative and proactive attitude with multi-task ability

6) Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot, interpret and report data

7) Excellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively
