Job Description

• To lead and manage the whole project cycle, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling of the project effectively and efficiently;
• Internal consultancy services on related project implementation, data capture requirements, CRM solution, user journey and UI design;
• Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project is delivered effectively;
• Proactively manage the potential risks on projects;
• Regular update with solid solution and Effectively with key stakeholders on project status update and prepare management reports;
• Keep updating with the latest technology and trend to continuously improve customer ecosystem

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Information Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline;
• Experience in database marketing, user lifecycle, loyalty program and CRM; Good understanding of CRM System and Campaign Management System;
• Strong numerical sense, and able to transform data into actionable insights; Willing to take new challenges and self-motivation; Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
