Sales representative (US & UK market)

We are looking to hire a sales representative for our company, which specializes in custom sports gear, primarily customized football jerseys and training wear. Our products are popular in developed countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. To further expand our business in English-speaking markets, we are currently seeking a sales representative to join our team.

Job Description:
(1) The company use Facebook, Google, and other advertising methods to acquire customers, you need communicate with them to understand their needs in detail.
(2) Communicate with our design team to assist customers in completing their customized product designs.
(3) Create quotes and confirm orders with customers.
(4) Communicate with our customer service team to complete orders.
(5) Responsible for post-sales service work to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
(1) At least 3 years of experience in foreign trade sales or related positions.
(2) Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate proficiently in both written and spoken form with customers.
(3) Extremely strong communication skills and customer service awareness that meet the standards of the US and UK markets.
(4) Candidates with a background in sports or related industries will be given preference.
(5) Candidates with long-term experience living and working in Europe and America will be given preference.
