Job Description
What you will do here:
- Maintain for overseas customer database;
- Exploring newtracking for media promotion project, and process evaluation;
- Document editing of company news and announcement;
Main Responsibilities: Develop and maintain new customers in overseas markets, set and fulfill the target aligned with the company in advance:
1. Collect customer data from websites, sort out and classify them, write email to develop targeted customers in different regions, and screen prospective customers.
2. Receive inquiries and feedback to the procurement and get quotation, follow through customer's response to the quotation, and record the customer's feedback and preference to the products.
3. Maintain the CRM system, when get order, key in the system and make relevant documents like PO and Contracts
4. Event planing of online and on site activities; Travel abroad to join Exhibition and customer visits. Understand customer demand positively, make marketing plan in an independent manner;

- Brilliant English writing and speaking;
- Excellent level of document editing;
- Familiar with overseas online media, such as Facebook and Twitter;
- Full of enthusiasm on international culture and enjoy working with people around the world;
- Be interested in new things, strong learning ability, willing to accept challenges;
- Marketing major or one year working experience with it;
